After this incident, they started booking their father’s ticket online. Soon, all of their relatives started calling them to book their tickets too. This spread through word of mouth promotion, and their father also started referring them to his colleagues because they could also get their tickets cheaper. Rikant was earning his pocket money by charging a commission of 100-500 (depending on the flights) on every ticket.

Both brothers saw ample opportunity in this. They decided to start a business named “Duke Travels”. Using a bulk SMS service, they began promoting their travel booking services.
